Brian Boudreau brings a lifetime of elite multi-sport experience, master-level technical knowledge, and a passion for athlete development to Park City Speedskating.
As the founder and head coach of Park City Speedskating, Brian combines precision blade preparation, rockering, and technical mastery with a coaching philosophy rooted in discipline and resilience. He is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of racers—guiding skaters seamlessly from their first grassroots strides to the national racing pipeline.
Remarkably, Coach Brian's did not take his first strides on speedskates until age 30, after completing an MVP collegiate hockey career as goaltender for UMass Boston. This holistic experience grants him a deep, analytical understanding of how to deconstruct and master complex biomechanics, edge work, and skating technique at an advanced age. He rapidly ascended to the pinnacle of the sport, competing in four U.S. Olympic Trials, capturing three U.S. National Age Group Championships in Long Track, winning the 2009 U.S. National Short Track Championship, and establishing multiple national records across both disciplines alongside the Masters World Record in the 1,000 meters.
Beyond the ice, Brian channeled his explosive power into road cycling, earning an upgrade to the Pro/Cat 1/2 ranks at age 43. A specialist in criterium racing and field sprinting, he notched numerous podium finishes in elite Pro/1/2 events, honing a tactical mastery of positioning, aerodynamics, and race strategy that he directly translates to short track pack-style racing.

Coach Rob is a multi-time National Champion and former professional marathon speedskater in Europe. A veteran long-distance specialist, Rob brings extensive elite-level racing experience to developing skaters, focusing on efficient glide technique, stamina, and race-day fundamentals.

Coach Anna grew up in St. Louis. She followed her older brother, Ian, a 2022 Beijing Olympian representing Team USA in mass start, into the sport. Anna Quinn represented Team USA at the FISU Winter World University Games Lake Placid 2023 and won a bronze medal in team pursuit.

Coach Nat is a three-time Olympian, competing at the 1992 Winter Olympics, 1994 Winter Olympics and, after a three-year retirement, 1998 Winter Olympics, when he was captain of the U.S. Olympic speedskating team.
His Coaching approach emphasizes technical fundamentals, edge control, accessibility, and the values of Olympism for introductory and grassroots programs.

Coach Kristen is a two-time Olympian, competing in the 2022 and 2026 Winter Olympics. She is the current US record holder in the 500m, 1500m, 3k Relay, and Mixed Relay events. She is also winner of the 2024/25 Crystal Globe for best overall skater of the World Tour.
Because of her ongoing athletic and educational commitments, her availability to coach is limited.
